A reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible for skinning dogs and dumping their bodies in Lakewood has been increased to $7,000. The Los Angeles Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals says the reward fund escalated from $2,000 after the fourth skinned body of a dog was found last week behind a Lakewood fast-food restaurant.
