Nuclear Plant Gets License

WASHINGTON — The Nuclear Regulatory Commission voted unanimously Friday to grant Illinois Power Co. a full-power operating license for its Clinton nuclear plant. The facility was loaded with fuel in September, 1986, and has been tested since October under low-power conditions.
