Four of the five crew members killed in the crash of a Southern Air Transport L-100 cargo plane at Travis Air Force Base were identified as assistant chief pilot John S. Parmeter, 46, of Sacramento; assistant chief flight engineer Charles Reber, 58, of Clayton, Calif.; first officer Michael A. Boyd, 45, of Hannawa Falls, N.Y., and David C. Meyer, 49, of the Sacramento suburb of North Highlands. The name of the fifth victim was withheld pending notification of relatives.
