A Sacramento man was held by Tulare County sheriff’s deputies for allegedly kidnaping a Corona woman. Diane Hernandez told officers that Kenneth Bryson, 28, jumped into her car when she made a stop at an intersection near Newhall. She said he forced her at gunpoint to drive him to Earlimart, where he ordered her out of the car and drove away. She flagged down a motorist, who took her to a telephone so she could notify authorities. Bryson was spotted in her car near Tipton a few minutes later and was arrested.
