The company said it sold Robertsons Ltd. to a consortium of European and South African investors at an undisclosed price. The Englewood Cliffs, N.J.-based food products company said Robertsons accounted for less than 2% of its worldwide revenue and that the divestiture would have little effect on CPC’s earnings.
