Laurel Canyon : Homeowners Back Woo’s Plan

The Lookout Mountain Associates, a group of homeowners in the mountains north of Hollywood, has pledged support for efforts by Councilman Michael Woo to revise planning in the area to prevent overdevelopment, said Melanie Topp, president of the association. Woo is expected to present planning proposals to the City Council within 10 days.
