Concert promoter Bill Graham, who threatened to boycott the Golden Gate Bridge’s 50th anniversary celebration if President Reagan took part, now says the show will go on--providing the President stays in Washington to throw on the bridge’s lights. Graham, who is organizing a free, all-day concert for the event, said his show would go on only if Reagan stays in Washington. The White House has made no comment on the matter.

CBS Special Projects is paying $810,000 for the master tapes of hits by such singers as Roy Orbison, Dolly Parton, Kris Kristofferson, Larry Gatlin and Ray Stevens. It’s part of the bankruptcy proceedings of Monument Records, which once was Nashville’s biggest independent label.
