C.O.M.B. Co. said its board agreed to acquire the 50% of the Cable Value Network video shopping concern it does not already own, in a move designed to boost CVN’s competitive edge in an increasingly crowded marketplace. The stake was owned by C.O.M.B.’s cable television industry partners.
