Calabasas-based Lockheed Corp. appointed Val P. Peline, former president and general manager of Lockheed Missiles & Space Co.’s Space Systems division, to group president of Lockheed’s Electronic Systems Group, headquartered at Nashua, N.H. Peline succeeds Roy A. Anderson, who had served as group president on an interim basis following Lockheed’s acquisition of Sanders Associates and the establishment of the Electronic Systems Group in 1986. Anderson, who retired as Lockheed chairman in 1985, is chairman of the executive committee.
