Lear Siegler Holdings Corp., a corporation formed by Forstmann Little & Co., reported that it has completed its previously reported acquisition of Santa Monica-based Lear Siegler Inc. . . . St. George, Utah-based SkyWest Airlines Inc. has granted an option to Delta Air Lines Inc. to purchase unissued common stock, which would represent 20% ownership in SkyWest.
