Bruce Davison plays Farrah Fawcett’s cousin and confidante in “Poor Little Rich Girl,” which films here next week, then moves to London. . . . Penelope Ann Miller plays a teen-ager who befriends a 35-pound sewer rat in “Adventures in Babysitting,” now filming in Toronto. . . . Oscar Chavez is a Mexican radio star who gets set up on a rape charge and fights for his release from prison in “Break of Dawn,” now shooting in San Diego. . . . Tony Richardson will direct the NBC miniseries “Lincoln,” which is based on Gore Vidal’s book and screenplay.
