MacLean Scores 22 as Simi Valley Runs Away From Royal
Junior center Don MacLean scored a game-high 22 points as Simi Valley remained undefeated in the Marmonte League with an 82-51 victory over Royal on Wednesday night at Simi Valley.
Simi Valley (20-1, 8-0 in league), ranked No. 1 by the Times among Valley-area teams, was also helped by junior forward Shawn DeLaittre with 16 points and junior guard Butch Hawking with 11 points.
Scooter Williams led Royal (1-15, 1-7) with 20 points.
