Gardena : Zoning Variances OKd
The City Council has approved zoning variances allowing construction of five additional units at an apartment complex on Gardena Boulevard and permitting an adjacent commercial office project to provide fewer parking spaces than required by the code.

Developer Pete McCarroll had said that he needed to construct the additional apartment units to offset the cost of developing the commercial building.
