Montreal Store Chain Removes English Signs

MONTREAL — The Zellers department store chain has promised to remove all English signs from its Montreal-area shops after a firebombing at a suburban store.
Zellers said it will remove the English signs temporarily “to assure the safety of its employees and customers and to contribute to a healthier social climate in Quebec.”
