A reward fund established by community residents and churches for the safe return of 7-year-old Phoebe Ho is now being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the girl’s murderer. George Brown, a spokesman for the volunteer group which is offering the reward, said about $13,000 is in a special account in the Great American First Savings Bank. The South Pasadena girl, who vanished on her way to school Dec. 11, was found dead Thursday in a field in Riverside County.
