James E. Lane has been promoted to executive vice president of Cardis Corp., Beverly Hills, as part of a restructuring that combines the operations of the firm’s warehouse distribution business.
At the same time, the company announced that A. Michael Victory was elected co-chief executive with Chairman Jack I. Salzberg. That move follows the resignation of Richard F. Norman as president and chief operating officer.
The company also announced the election of Robert E. Baldwin as vice president-finance and the promotions of Steven D. Gilman to senior vice president-marketing and George L. Kufner to vice president-sales of the warehouse distribution group.
