Mexico City Rally Set

MEXICO CITY — Nearly 1 million supporters of the ruling Institutional Revolutionary Party are expected to turn out today for a display of national unity, the government newspaper El Nacional reported. President Miguel de la Madrid will address the rally in the Zocalo, Mexico City’s main square.
