Santa Ana : Two South Americans Sentenced in Drug Case

Two South Americans considered by prosecutors to be the ringleaders in one of the state’s largest cocaine seizures were sentenced to state prison Friday.
Superior Court Judge James Perez sentenced both Colombian Uldarico Cabuya, 34, and Ecuadorean Juan Perez Sanchez, 29, to 13-year sentences. The maximum sentence for the conviction, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, is 15 years.
