Quaker Oats agreed to sell three retail units.

The company said it will receive a total of between $215 million and $220 million for selling the divisions to three unrelated purchasers. Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, which operates 32 stores, will be acquired by a group that includes McKinley Holdings, Eli S. Jacobs and the retailer’s management. Brookstone, a retail and mail-order marketer of tools and housewares, will be acquired by another investor group. The Eyelab optical store chain is being purchased by Cole Eyeworks.
