Clippers’ Johnson Undergoes More Tests on Neck
- Share via
Guard Marques Johnson of the Clippers underwent more tests on his injured neck Wednesday at Daniel Freeman Hospital in Inglewood.
Johnson had a myelogram, an X-ray of the spinal cord after the injection of dye to provide a photographic contrast. The test results aren’t expected back until today.
Johnson suffered a ruptured disk in his neck during a game against Dallas Nov. 20 and will be out of action for at least three months. The tests are to help him decide whether to have surgery to remove the disk and join two vertebrae.
