Municipal Officer Fined $1,500 for Traffic Tickets

HOUSTON — A supervisor in a municipal office that tracks down unpaid parking tickets has been fined more than $1,500 after pleading guilty Wednesday to receiving hundreds of citations, authorities said. William P. Holcomb, 60, a lieutenant in the city marshal’s office, had 375 unpaid traffic citations, according to city records.
