The Israeli navy captured a group of Palestinian guerrillas in boats off the southern coast of Lebanon, Israeli state radio reported. The radio, quoting a military spokesman, said the guerrillas belonged to Fatah, the mainstream faction of Palestine Liberation Organization Chairman Yasser Arafat.
