Teen-agers Kathy Rinaldi and Stephanie Rehe will play the opening singles matches today in London when the United States shoots for its eighth straight victory over Britain in the annual Wightman Cup tennis matches.
The United States has won 47 of 57 contests between the nations, the British having won last in 1978 in London.
Rehe, Bonnie Gadusek and Elise Burgin are making their Wightman Cup debuts. Chris Evert Lloyd had been scheduled to play for the United States but withdrew because of a leg injury.
