Local News in Brief : Burning Mobile Home Snarls Freeway Traffic

Amobile home caught fire on the Ventura Freeway in Burbank Wednesday afternoon, tying up traffic for about two hours but causing no injuries or traffic accidents, the California Highway Patrol said.
The fire--of unknown cause--erupted about 3:30 p.m. at Buena Vista Boulevard in the freeway’s westbound lanes, said Officer Joe Rojas.
Two lanes were blocked until about 5:30 p.m., he said.
