USIU’s Claudia Johnson Named WCAC Volleyball Player of Week

SAN DIEGO — Claudia Johnson of United States International University has been named West Coast Athletic Conference volleyball Player of the Week for the second time this season.
Johnson, a sophomore from Wilmington, had 64 kills and a .473 hitting percentage as USIU beat Pepperdine and lost to Loyola Marymount. She also had 21 digs, 10 solo blocks, 7 assists and 4 service aces.
