Lorimar Telepictures announced that it has completed the acquisition of MGM Entertainment’s 44-acre production facility from Turner Broadcasting System for $100 million . . . A group led by Oklahoma investor J. A. Frates raised its stake in Kaiser Aluminum to 28.57%, or about 12.77 million shares, from 27.53%.
