Dinning on the Danube

Brook Hill Snow in “It’s All Aboard the Johann Strauss” (Aug. 24) was on target. Have returned from Vienna and dining on the ship was an experience I will always remember. Snow did not mention that reservations are also needed for the evening entertainment, but chef Peter Tschach provided front-row seats for us with little trouble. My hat’s off to Raymond Boeckx and his staff for a memorable evening. Anyone who has a free evening in Vienna should dine and attend the evening performance on the Johann Strauss. Dinner for four, including dessert and evening entertainment, was under $85.
