Fire Damages Home: An upstairs fire Wednesday morning in a two-story single-family home caused an estimated $60,000 damage, officials said. Fire Department Capt. Gene Saunders said the blaze broke out at 10:02 a.m. in the residence in the 21300 block of Pensacola Circle. No one was in the house at the time, he said. Saunders said the fire started in a second-floor bedroom and also caused damage to the attic. It was extinguished in about 20 minutes, Saunders said. Damage was estimated at $40,000 to the structure and $20,000 to the contents. The cause has not been determined, but an electrical malfunction is suspected, Saunders said.
