From Reuters
WACKERSDORF, West Germany — A low-flying police helicopter crashed into a one-car train Sunday near the site of a controversial nuclear waste reprocessing plant, injuring three crewmen and the train engineer, West German police said.
The helicopter and the train, which was not carrying passengers, were gutted by fire, a police spokesman said.
He said the helicopter crew had been searching for an anti-nuclear demonstrator who had been throwing rocks at police near the plant site at Wackersdorf.
