Coldwell Banker Office Under Construction

The new regional headquarters and training facility for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Services is being built at Ball Road and the Orange Freeway. The project is being undertaken by Sanderson-J. Ray Development. J. Ray Construction is the general contractor.
The 12,500-square-foot building has been leased by the brokerage firm for 10 years for about $2 million. The structure was designed by Gilbert Aja & Associates and represents Phase 2 of Sanderson-J. Ray Development’s 20-acre Orange Freeway Corporate Park.
