The civilian manager of the Long Beach Naval Station enlisted men’s club pleaded innocent to charges that he sexually molested seven members of a girls’ roller skating team that he coached. Wilbur E. Justice, 58, of Long Beach was arraigned on 10 counts of alleged lewd acts with girls aged 6 to 10 during the past eight months. He was held in lieu of $100,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing Aug. 6.
