Shopping Center to Be Located in Lynwood

Hopkins Development Co. of Newport Beach has entered into a disposition of development agreement with the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency for eight acres on the southwest corner of Imperial Highway and Long Beach Boulevard.
Plans for a proposed neighborhood shopping center in that location would include a 60,000-square-foot supermarket, a 19,000-square-foot drugstore, a 20,000-square-foot retail shops and four free-standing pads.
