The Culver City-based entertainment company said it plans to buy WPGH-TV, an independent UHF station in Pittsburgh, for $35 million in cash from Meredith Corp. Lorimar-Telepictures said it also agreed in principle to acquire Indianapolis TV station WTTV, an independent VHF station, from Tel-Am Corp. for the assumption of all outstanding debt of about $85 million and “other considerations” worth less than $1 million.
