An unidentified man was found dead by a passer-by in an alley east of the 500 block of D Street in National City at 5:30 Monday morning.
Police said the body showed signs of trauma and suspect that the man, who was in his late 20s, was slain. Cause of death has yet to be determined, and there are no suspects, police said.
