Insurance Unit Relocates

Motors Insurance Corp., a unit of General Motors, has signed a lease valued at more than $1 million for 14,000 square feet of space in 303 Glenoaks Plaza, Glendale. The lease, negotiated by Coldwell Banker, has raised the occupancy level of the building to more than 90%. Motors Insurance was formerly at 9338 Reseda Blvd., Northridge.
