Houses have a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and the development surrounding the community has 14-foot-wide bridle paths with equestrian surfacing and 30 miles of bridle trails within the adjacent mountain park. There is a monthly homeowners association fee of $18.
Standard features include air conditioning, vaulted ceilings in the master baths, front lawns and sprinklers, side and rear lot chain-link fencing and block front walls with gates.
Four furnished models are open Saturday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. near the intersection of 1st Street and Mellow Lane, reached from the 1st Street exit of the Simi Valley (118) Freeway.
