16 Lewis Single-Family Homes Opening Today in Loma Linda
Sunrise Point, a development of 56 single-family homes being developed by Lewis Homes in Loma Linda, opens today with 16 houses in the first phase.
Priced from $114,950 to $169,950, the homes are available in one- and two-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,633 to 2,369 square feet of space.
The plans include three or four bedrooms, two to three baths, breakfast nooks with bay windows, master-suite fireplaces, and indoor laundry rooms. The homes stand on 7,200-to-10,000-square-foot sites with mountain and valley views.
Occupancy is scheduled for mid-August, and FHA, VA and conventional financing is offered.
The sales office is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. other days except Wednesdays, when it is closed. The office is at 26080 Brookmere Ave., reached from the Mountain View Avenue exit of the San Bernardino Freeway.
