R.H. Estates : Building Freeze to End
The City Council voted to lift a six-month residential building moratorium on July 2. The moratorium was imposed in January to curtail building while the city studied an extensive revision of residential building regulations in order to limit the size of buildings, preserve views and assure that new buildings are compatible with neighborhoods. Revisions were approved by the council this month.
