No drunk-driving charges will be filed against “Airwolf” television star Jan-Michael Vincent for an arrest last month, a Ventura County prosecutor said. “I didn’t feel I had enough proof beyond a reasonable doubt that he was under the influence at the time he was driving,” Deputy Dist. Atty. Robert Irmas said. Vincent’s blood-alcohol level was 0.08%--the legal figure for drunk is 0.10%--when he was arrested May 15 in Moorpark, he said. But it still showed Vincent had been drinking within six hours of driving, a violation of probation from a 1983 drunk-driving case, the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office said. Therefore, Vincent, 40, still must go to jail June 25 for 30 days, a term imposed May 30 by a Calabasas Municipal Court commissioner. Vincent also faces trial July 28 in Santa Monica Superior Court stemming from an alleged attack on longtime friend Chenoa Lee Ellis, 34, Sept. 6 at his Malibu home.
