Fired RTD Bus Driver Faces Felony Drug Count
An RTD bus driver who was fired after a May 12 traffic collision was charged Wednesday with one felony count of driving under the influence of drugs.
Vivian Lee Harris, 37, of Los Angeles was allegedly high on cocaine when she crashed her bus into the rear of another Southern California Rapid Transit District bus at 5th and Main streets. Twenty-three people were hurt.
