Law Firm to Move Offices
Dewey Ballantine Bushby Palmer & Wood, a law firm founded by Thomas E. Dewey, former New York governor and 1948 Republican candidate for President, plans to move from 333 S. Grand Ave. into 25,000 square feet of office space in the Security Pacific Bank Building at 300 S. Hope St. in November.
The firm signed a 15-year lease for the new space at a value of more than $12 million and has taken an option to lease another 25,000 square feet on another floor. Gilbert M. Jordan is consulting tenant developer for the firm.
