Unlike some of her contemporaries, Dolly Parton ain’t singing the praises of turning 40. Interviewed for the new syndicated series, “Fame, Fortune and Romance” (Robin Leach hosts, with a mid-June KABC tryout), she confesses, “I’m trying to go back in time now, because I’ve looked 40 since I was 18 or 20 years old.”
