Rene Anselmo, founder and president of SIN Inc., parent of the nation’s largest Spanish-language television network, resigned to pursue other interests. The New York-based company said he will be succeeded by Emilio Azcarraga Milmo, who is also president of Televisa S.A., a Mexican-based television network.
