Comprehensive Care Corp. said it acquired the remaining 50% of a St. Louis company it founded three years ago in a joint venture with Basic American Medical Inc. of Indianapolis. The Irvine-based provider of alcoholism and drug abuse treatment programs said it paid $3.6 million in cash for the interest in RehabCare Corp., which specializes in rehabilitation of victims of neurological and motor dysfunctions.
