A two-day sweep of El Cajon Boulevard ended Saturday night with more than 100 arrests--most of them men nabbed for soliciting prostitution, police said.
San Diego Police Department spokesman Bill Robinson said 106 people were arrested Friday and Saturday nights by the department’s vice unit.
Robinson said 18 of those arrested were women, and the rest were men who allegedly solicited female undercover officers.
Those arrested included two juveniles and a pair of brothers--one arrested Friday and one Saturday for soliciting sex for money, Robinson said.
The sweep focused on El Cajon Boulevard from 40th Street east to the city limits.
