MANILA — Ousted President Ferdinand E. Marcos predicted in a videotaped interview released in Manila today that Corazon Aquino’s government will fall within a month, possibly to communist rebels.
Marcos also claimed in the interview that Muslim forces loyal to one of his former political leaders, Ali Dimaporo, outnumber government troops 10 to 1 on the large island of Mindanao, and that 34% of the nation’s soldiers have left their posts since he fled the country Feb. 25.
