The organization that represents game management agencies in all 50 states on called for a complete ban against the use of lead shot in water fowl hunting by the 1991 season.
The resolution, which is not binding, was approved 27-9 by the International Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies at its general business meeting in Reno. The group’s members include fish and wildlife biologists across the country.
