OPEC oil ministers meeting for the eighth straight day said Sunday that they were considering sharp cuts in production to push up prices but adjourned without agreeing on a comprehensive strategy. OPEC spokesman James Audu said the ministers would meet again today. He declined to answer any questions about Sunday’s talks or today’s agenda.
