Two people were wounded when security guards in Manila opened fire on a crowd of horse racing fans who rioted over a disputed race result, the official Philippine News Agency said.
Angry spectators threw rocks at television monitors, cash tellers, judges’ booths and photo-finish cameras after the disputed seventh race.
