The body of a 38-year-old Glendale man who apparently died of a drug overdose was discovered early Tuesday in a car parked in Pacoima, Los Angeles police said.
An anonymous male telephone caller gave officers the location of the body of Ellis G. Kelly, who was found at 2:15 a.m. in the front seat of a car on Ralston Avenue between Jouett and Carl streets, said Detective Larry Minton.
“There were indications he died of a drug overdose,” Minton said, but he declined to elaborate.
Minton said there was no evidence of robbery or obvious injuries to the body.
